Sept.21- Sept.27th Sunday-Saturday Daily Devotionals & Reflections

Changes in one's life are necessary and are proof of growth. Now the proof of these changes are responses to the choices we have made. With that said the proof should have God’s fingerprints on it. For when we as children of God allow our lives to be guided by /god’s word and truth we are able to shine for Christ. Changes are part of life and most changes you have the power to choose. Some changes come unexpectedly but you still have the power to choose how you will respond. Will you respond by the Holy Spirit guiding you or are you allowing your flesh to take the lead? These are questions we are to reflect on daily and invite the Holy Spirit to help us in our walk in Christ. For we are God’s ambassadors and we are to make Godly changes to the life we live and impact those around us for Christ. So what changes do you need to make starting today?

“For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under heaven:”

Reflection: What changing season are you in and what Godly changes should you make?

Tuesday: Romans 12:1-2  ESV

“I appeal to you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship. Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.”

Reflection: Are you changing to allow the Holy Spirit to make you a living sacrifice that is willing to grow for God, in his ways?

Wednesday:  Ephesians 4:22-24   ESV

“To put off your old self, which belongs to your former manner of life and is corrupt through deceitful desires, and to be renewed in the spirit of your minds, and to put on the new self, created after the likeness of God in true righteousness and holiness.”

Reflection:  Are you changing from the old to the new renewed mind by the Holy Spirit?

Thursday:   Proverbs 19:2   ESV

“Desire without knowledge is not good, and whoever makes haste with his feet misses his way. ”
