Aug.17th- Aug.23rd Sunday-Saturday Daily Devotionals & Reflections
Bowing is a form of respect. We are acknowledging someone higher than oneself and honoring them for what they uphold and represent. We are to show reverence of our Lord God Jesus Christ, for He is the Lord of Lords and King of Kings! So much respect and honor should be given to the Highest and truest God above them all. For everyone underneath him must bow at His name one day, whether they like it or not. The amazing thing about Jesus is He invites you to come to salvation and he gives you the choice to be saved or not. He is not a tyrant, he is not a mean God. People are the ones who see him in that lens because of the consequences of one's actions and the impact it has on those around them and this is when blame can be thrown on God because of others actions not his. God only allows by the seed time and harvest ”What you sow you will reap”to take place (Galatians 6:7-8). This is how our seasons also come and go. So since we serve a God once we choose Jesus Christ as our personal Lord and savior of our life, we are able to respect his system and ask for forgiveness and repents and praise through every season of life and God can change, work and move on on your behalf on the harvests sown. So may we show respect to the one true God that made it all, the one who truly knows you, the one that really loves you and wants you to get to know Him. Jesus came to show us who the Father is, Abba Father is the Godhead, The Great I am and He is whom we should bow, respect, love and honor because he did that for us.
