June.1st- June.7th Sunday-Saturday Daily Devotionals & Reflections

Letting go and letting God lead is so important. Our flesh may want to rise up and get in the way but we aren’t supposed to allow it. For we no longer live but our God does live through us. We are to partner with God in our trust and obedience when he leads us. For his word says his thoughts toward us are good. So we know we can trust what he will guide us to do. He is love and therefore is a loving God, who cares for us. So why not let go and let God lead you in this life? Especially since he knows and sees the end from the beginning (Isaiah 46:10). He tells us what to look out for if we truly lock in to seeking him and staying in his Holy Presence and that contains the Holy Spirit. Let God lead and learn to walk in the ways of our God!

Sunday:  Proverbs 3: 5-6  ESV

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.”

Monday: John 16:13   ESV

“When the Spirit of truth comes, he will guide you into all the truth, for he will not speak on his own authority, but whatever he hears he will speak, and he will declare to you the things that are to come.”

Reflection: Are you allowing the Holy Spirit to guide you into all truth and share with you the things to come?

Tuesday:  Romans 8: 13  ESV

“For if you live according to the flesh you will die, but if by the Spirit you put to death the deeds of the body, you will live.”

Reflection: Are you living by the Spirit and putting to death the deeds of the flesh? Remember, His way not our way.

“And those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires.”

Reflection: Do you make a conscious decision every day to crucify the flesh & its desires?

Thursday:  Jeremiah 29:11  NKJV

“For I know the thoughts I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.”

Reflection: Do you think on the thoughts of truth from your God or the lying thoughts that the enemy darts into your mind to ponder that are not in alignment with the word of God?

Friday: 1 Peter 5:7  ESV

“Casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you.”

Reflection: Are you casting all your anxieties unto your caring God who can and will help if you allow him or are you choosing to carry the burden?

Saturday: Psalm 69:32  ESV

“When the humble see it they will be glad; you who seek God, let your hearts revive.”

Reflection: Are you allowing God to bring your salvation from the troubles you’re facing by placing your trust in Him and doing what He is directing you to do?

Salvation Prayer:

If you want the Holy Spirit and want to be a child of the Most High God, Pray this sincerely: Heavenly Father, I believe you sent the Lord Jesus Christ to die for my sins and that He rose to life on the third day so that I may be purified and redeemed. I receive your Son Jesus Christ into my heart and the gift of the Holy Spirit, I ask you to make me new and show me all the truth you provide, Amen!

Romans 10:9 “ that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.”

I encourage you to read the New Testament in the Holy Bible starting in the book of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John and so on after them. Be blessed and welcome to the Family of God!
